In Sage X3, we may come across a scenario where we want to kill the variable or class of variable.
Kill allows you to delete a variable or class of variables.
Syntax :
Kill var_clas_list
Parameters:
var_clas_list: Description List of classes or variable_names separated by the comma (,)
Examples
1) Deletion of an indexed variable of the Char type
Kill CHAINE
2) Deletion of a single-sized numeric variable
Kill AMOUNT
3) Deletion of all variables from the [V] class
Kill [V]
Description and Comments:
Kill allows you to delete a variable – indexed or not – or an entire class. Only the variables of the [V] or [L] class can be deleted by the Kill instruction.
Hope this helps!!
