You may come across the situation where we give some page size in the crystal which is not compatible with the PDF size and we get a half cut print out as shown in below screen shot.

To overcome this we can change the paper size on Sage X3 before giving the print:
Go to Development>>reports>>
In Crystal report section, give paper size same as size is given in crystal page set up.
