Allow access to user on menu

You can access any menus of X3, but first you need to add that menu in your menu profile. You can do this by completing the following steps:

• Navigate to: Setup > Users > Menu profile.
• Select your “Menu profile”.
• Then right click on the “Starting Menu” and click on “Add a menu” (See the below screen shot).

• Below screen will get pop up, enter the Menu code which need to be added. For example here in below screen am adding the “Usages” menu for “ACCT” user.
• Select the checkbox “Add the functions”. For adding all the functions related to this menu.

• Click on “OK” then “Save”.
• Restart the X3 using the User having the Updated Menu profile.
• Now all users having the updated menu profile can use the “Usages” menu.
