You can access any menus of X3, but first you need to add that menu in your menu profile. You can do this by completing the following steps:

- Navigate to: Setup > Users > Menu profile.
- Select your “Menu profile”.
- Then right click on the “Starting Menu” and click on “Add a menu” (See the below screen shot).
- Below screen will get pop up, enter the Menu code which need to be added. For example here in below screen am adding the “Usages” menu for “ACCT” user.
- Select the checkbox “Add the functions”. For adding all the functions related to this menu.
- Click on “OK” then “Save”.
- Restart the X3 using the User having the Updated Menu profile.
- Now all users having the updated menu profile can use the “Usages” menu.
