Performance of any system is prime concern of everyone working on it. Batch server is needed for accepting the request and processing the transactions accordingly. We need to turn the batch server ON manually every time the system is restarted.

X3 gives the ease to set your batch server to auto ON/OFF mode. To setup this please navigate to:
Setup>General parameters>Parameter values
Here, select the SUP Supervisor parameter value and go to detail section of PRF group. Refer above screenshot.
In detail section set the parameter DESRV to ‘Yes’. Refer below screenshot. ‘Yes’ will set your batch server to auto ON mode.
